One wine from each of the new producers we have picked up this year.

• One to Drink – Dormillona Pinku 2021 RRP £30 , a delightful chillable Merlot / Shiraz blend from Josephine Perry out of Western Australia. THE minimal intervention winemaker from Australia amongst those in the know, this is a super addition to Nekter and the first formal release of the wine by us!

• One to Gift – Atlas Swift Chardonnay 2021 RRP £44, a new concept winery from Paserene winemaker Martin Smith and his wife Welma. Four different Chardonnay sites, one wine making style across them showing the impact of terroir. If you pick this case we will get in touch with you to agree which of the four wines we send you.

• One for a Dinner Party – Vinca Minor Mendocino Red 2021 RRP £35. Brilliant wine from Jason and Emily Charles. 50% Carignan, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Pinot Blanc – this has been one of the most exciting wines we have picked up this year. Another wine best served chilled.

• One to Keep – Maitre de Chai Gala Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 RRP £50. After two chillable red we need to give you a chance at something a bit more substantial. A long-standing vineyard recently, this is the first release following a conversion to biodynamics. Marty and Alex from Maitre de Chai are two former chefs who are making very serious Napa wines that harken back to the 1970s style. Lighter, fresher, more interesting.
